Top Funders of Urban Growth Boundary Initiative

This is a voter empowerment initiative. The initiative establishes an Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) as a line beyond which urban development will not be allowed by the City, unless it is approved by a vote of the people of Hollister. Urban development includes projects that require sewer service or are higher-density, such as housing subdivisions.
